Do you see my notes?: No. Notes are encrypted on your device (E2EE) before they sync.
What permissions does the extension need?: Only the minimum required (see Privacy). Typical ones are storage, optional identity, and activeTab if you trigger actions on the current page.
Can I use Soul offline?: Yes. It’s local‑first. Changes sync once you’re online.
What happens if I lose my key?: We cannot recover your notes without your key. Store your recovery key safely.
Refunds?: We offer a 14‑day refund if Soul doesn’t work as described—email support@soul.nysaclan.xyz.
How do I delete my data?: See Data Deletion for device and sync deletion steps.
